TICT Immigration Legal Clinic

Beginning May 1, 2025, Trinity Lutheran Church, through its Trinity Immigration and Citizenship Team (TICT) will provide low-cost and no-cost immigration legal services.  Our priority is to assist new residents on Staten Island or are referred by our faith and non-profit partners who are looking to pursue pathways to legal status in the United States.

Our legal clinic is overseen by Priscilla Marco, Esq.  Our case managers are volunteers trained in US immigration law through Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC).   Our director is our pastor, the Rev. Dr. Stephanie Jaeger.  

 

TICT CLINIC services

• Free Consultations

• I-130 Petitions for Family Members

• DACA Renewal

• Asylum Application

• AED Work Authorization

• TPS Application

• Renewal and Replacement of Green Card

• Citizenship (when no criminal record exists)

• Designation of Person in Parental Relationship

• Select other administrative filings

• Administrative support for U-Visa, T-Visa and VAWA Self-Petitions

• Select Adjustment of Status cases

• Some limited court representation at TICT Clinic's discretion​
